This past weekend I traveled to Northern Virginia to visit my sister and attend Gold Cup 2009. Gold Cup is a steeplechase horse race (the kind of race with jumps) and is an absolute blast. Steve Berry, who is one of my favorite people in the world, invited us to his tent and we had a great time!
Actually, we started out the weekend on Thursday in Fredericksburg, VA when Steve and I went to meet my sister and her group at Kybecca Wine Bar. We ended up meeting a another group from Remax who are part of a group called WIRED (Women In Real Estate Daily). I joke a lot that if you want to meet someone, point me in their direction and I will introduce you. That’s exactly how it happened and I am glad it did. They were a great group of women and three of them attended Gold Cup with us 
A couple of them are supposed to be in Dallas this coming weekend for a conference - I think they just want a round two

Great pictures, Ryan! I think you posted all of them!!! I did a little editing before posting mine on my Facebook page!! I absolutely can’t wait for next time. I think this was one of our best visits. Actually, I think December’s visit was the best until May’s…hum, do I see a pattern? Maybe we are just getting better at having a great time everywhere we go. I hope we have a great group again next time. Thanks everyone!
